The Building Center down in Pineville will still make replacement window grids for homes in the
Lexington development.

We can place orders over the phone to Skip or email him. Two pieces of information are
needed: 1) daylight glass measurement (measure only the glass not the frame), and 2) grid
configuration, meaning the number of “lights” or panels that the window you’ve measured is
divided into with the grid (i.e. 4-light or 6-light).
The cost is $4 per “light” – i.e. a 6-light window grid would cost $24. It usually takes about a
week to complete the order. Their hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F, and 8:00-1:00 on Saturdays.
