How to Respond to Violation

  1. Go to CAMS Portal and then Click My Items or you click CAMS My Items Button Directly
  2. Click My Items and Locate the Violation
  3. Click on Blank Area “Type a Message”
  4. Select Send to Manager or Inspector or Both
  5. Change Importance according to your needs
  6. On Bottom Right Click “Add Attachment”
    • if the violation is cured, you can use this to attach new pictures as proof
    • Make sure to take the picture from same perspective and same angle
  7. Hit Sent Message
