POOL RULES AND ACCESS
FINEABLE ITEMS
- NO GLASS BOTTLES OR BREAKABLE ITEMS — FINE $5000 AND POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR A WEEK
- NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS AROUND THE POOL OR POOL DECK
WHAT’s NOT ALLOWED
- No motorized or remote-controlled toys allowed in pool, or pool area & No bikes, skateboards, etc. in the pool area
- No chewing gum or food in pool
- No running, rough-play around pool area
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals welcomed on pool deck only with proper certification, show this to life-guard

- Two Guests Per Household
- DO NOT LET others in the pool area or leave pool door open, as you will be responsible for their ACTIONS
- Unaccompanied Minors Require Swim Assessment Signed by Parents or Guardians
- On-Duty Lifeguard have full jurisdiction and sole discretion regarding access and removal of any Lexington resident and / or guest
SWIM ATTIRE POLICY

1. Bathing Suite or Wet Suite, , Fitted Sun / UV shirts permitted 2. For Infants or Toddlers : Swim Diapers, Plastic pants or “lil Swimmers” Required | 1. cotton shirts, loose fitting t-shirts or cover-ups 2. Jeans clothes, gym clothes, undergarments, 3. SAFETY INFORMATION
- All swimmers must rinse in the shower on deck prior to entering pool
- “Kiddie Pool” is not monitored by the lifeguard!
- All children using the kiddie pool must be accompanied by an adult who is in the kiddie pool with them
- All guest should adhere to the needs and request of the Life guard on duty
- No pool access for anyone with open wounds or sores
- Refrain from pool and pool area access if you exhibit or present with what may be communicable health related concerns or symptoms
- No health, safety, or particle filtration face mask allowed in pool(i.e. N95 style masks)
- All safety breaks and pool closures must be adhered to (includes weather related suspensions)
Notification:• All Lexington residents and their guests are bound by the aforementioned. In addition, any pool resident or guest who refuses to follow the pool rules or directions of the lifeguard may be subject to removal or suspended privileges by the lifeguard or the Lexington Community HOA Board of Directors. At all times, the lifeguards are in control of all activities taking place at the pool and the surrounding pool areas. Without exception, please treat the Lifeguards with the attention and respect they deserve! They are certified professionals with safety as their #1 priority!
