    • Nanda : Motion to Investigate 2023 Missing Meeting Minutes for the Entire Year.
  • Amenities
    • Nanda : Motion to Add Rubber Mulch in the Kids Playground approx. $2000
    • Nanda : Motion to Add a Swappable Baby Swing Chair on one of the Swings
    • Table – Nanda : Motion to allow last minute rental with less than 48 hour notice, a surcharge of $300

  • Contracts and Maintenance
    • Nanda: All vendors should be sought from a neutral party (e.g., CAMS, Rotorooter, Morris Jenkins, pizza hut, dominos, jet pizza or other established retailers near the community etc.). To hire local vendors, e.g. members of the community, or your known friends or families an RFP will be issued and made available to the whole neighborhood via email broadcast and all quotes and bids to made public on portal and/or website, no such vendor will be hired without 3 or more quotes.
    • Nanda : Acting board or Committee members are prohibited from entering into contracts with Lexington HOA
    • Nanda : Board Member needs unanimous Motion to sell any HOA Owned Non community Property, after this motion is passed by Majority of the Members meeting after meeting quorum.
    • Nanda : Board shall not sign Multiple year Contracts, board however can sign Auto Renewal Contracts as long as termination dates etc are clearly published on Community Calendar.
  • Security
    • Nanda: Add 5 flood light cameras (e.g., Ring/Blinq) in the pool/clubhouse area, with a budget of $1,500 for materials plus labor to be approved by board
      • 2, one on each side of the pool pump room 
      • 1, One towards the Tennis Court Entrance
      • 1, One Towards the Swimming Pool Entrance Gate
      • 1, One Ring Camera – at clubhouse Entrance
      • 1, One Ring Floor Light Camera at Parking Lot Entrance
  • Finalize and approve  : Nanda : motion to approve meeting minutes for current meeting or motion to start publishing unapprove meeting minutes under new folder or discuss the need for approval
